Waikato Valley Representative Cricket starts at Primary level and continues through to Senior Representative Cricket.
The Waikato Valley Men’s Representative Cricket side, compete as one of six minor associations that make up Northern Districts Cricket, a first class New Zealand cricket province.
The Men's Rep side play in the one day competition known as the Brian Dunning Cup and the two day competition known as the Fergus Hickey Rosebowl. Waikato Valley compete to be the best minor association in Northern Districts and have developed a number of high profile players who have gone on to play for Northern Districts and New Zealand.
Waikato Valley also has a 2nd XI representative side who also compete against the other five minor associations in the Northern Districts in the “Basil McBurney Competition”. Waikato Valley Women’s side compete at senior level, again within the Northern Districts region.
